We want to make sure you get a quality product every time. If there are any issues with the quality of our products, please take the following steps:
Step 1: Email us with a description of the issue. (See the Contact Us page.)
Step 2: Attach photos of the issue when possible, so we can work with our
production partner to find a solution to what has caused the issue.
Step 3: Let us know if you’d like a refund or a replacement of the same product.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of refund or replacement requests.
Because we are a small, made-to-order business, returns and replacements
will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in
terms of the printing or construction, not for size exchanges.
